Requirements for Membership into OPHA:
	You must complete a new membership for once a year between January 1 - October 31. You must be 18 years of age or older. Agreement to the Alliance Agreement and endorsement thereof by the addition of your signature. Agreement to and endorsement of both The Seeker's Bill of Rights and the Teacher's Bill of Rights.
